Mio Gelati opens in Ayala Malls Vertis North

Yesterday, I attended the Mio Gelati grand launch held at 3rd level of Ayala Malls Vertis North, a new mall besides Trinoma. I was delighted to found out that they are having a branch there because Ayala Malls Vertis North is just one ride from my place. Indeed, Ayala Malls Vertis North will be our favorite "tambayan" and that Mio Gelati will be one of  our favorite ice cream shop.

My favorite flavor was the Matcha green tea, not too sweet, it has a strong matcha taste that made their gelato very refreshing. And ofcourse you know that it is healthy 💚.  Other flavors are Black chocolate, cookie butter, cookie monster, ferrero rocher, salted caramel, oreo mint, milo dinosaur, mango cream pie, chili chocolate, coffee crumble,blueberry cheesecake, buble chum, cookies and cream, espresso chips, strawberry, vanilla, pistachio, lucky charm and willy wonka. They also offer alcoholic homemade gelatos like tequila rose, baileys and beer. 

Prices

For the regular flavor gelato, small cup costs 100 pesos, double cups is 180 pesos. 

Premium small cup is 120, double premium cup is 220.

For alcoholic flavors, one scoop costs 140, double cups cost 260.

Aside from gelato, they also offer refreshing gelato shakes.

The celebration started with a blessing ceremony and a ribbon cutting led by the owner Celina Nolasco.

Attendees also had fun to design/color our Mio Gelati shirts. I was thinking of my favorite flavor gelato and so decided to design my shirt simply the color of it. 😃

Aside from lots of  gelato and gelato shakes, Mio Gelato also introduced Smoresicles - a handy dark chocolate gelato based cover with torched marshmallow on stick. Price is 150, will definitely try this on my next visit.  For more updates, follow mio gelati on facebook and instagram.
